1. Print-on-Demand Nature of Goods
All products sold on this store are manufactured on-demand. When you place an order, the item is produced specifically for you through our fulfillment partner, Gelato. Because these items are custom-made, production times may vary, and certain limitations apply to returns and exchanges as outlined in our Refund Policy.

2. Accuracy of Product Representation
We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Slight variations between the digital mockup and the final printed product are a standard part of the printing process.

3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are routed to production facilities within the Gelato network based on your location and product availability. While we aim for local production to reduce shipping times, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address entry by the customer.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. If an order is returned to the production facility due to an incorrect address provided by you, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping or a replacement order.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, text, graphics, and logos on this website are the intellectual property of The Canberra Times Store or our content providers. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.

6. Modifications to Prices and Service
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
